About

I am excited to announce that I now offer bespoke gardening services, customised to meet the needs for each individual gardener and their garden. From consulting to full-scale garden renovation and maintenance, my aim is to share my passion and help clients create their dream garden, however elaborate or uncomplicated that may be.

I have come across many people who are eager to build a garden or renovate their existing space but are lost as to where to begin – or simply don’t have the time. I am a passionate gardener that can find inspiration for any space, and I want to help you develop your garden into your happy place!

Every gardener is different, so whether you’re wanting guidance to create your first container garden, establish a vegetable garden, shake up your existing space or develop a garden from a blank canvas, I can accommodate your needs.

Services we offer

Initial consult

This is a 1-2 hour session where I come meet you, have a look around your space, get a feel for what you’re after and bounce my suggestions with you.

This is a hands on, fully interactive consultation where I’ll take your ideas and vision – however vague or specific they may be – and channel that into a plan for you.

A part of this initial consult is a sketch to help you visualise the consultation as well as any notes of planting options and suggestions.

From this you will then need to book in a consult follow up.

PLEASE NOTE:

• $150 fixed rate

Whilst I am an incredibly passionate gardener with plenty of hands on experience, I am not a qualified landscape architect.

• The initial consult includes mileage for any property within one hours drive from Amberley, North Canterbury. Mileage will be charged for any distance further than this.

Consult Follow Up

Once I finish planning your garden, I'll inform you that we're ready for a follow-up session, which you can schedule at your convenience.

During this one-hour session, we'll review your plans together and make any necessary adjustments.

I'll also present the vision board I've created and take you on a tour of the garden, using the plans to help you visualise the changes I've recommended.

Following the session, I'll provide you with a folder containing a copy of the plans for your reference.

If you require further assistance with tasks such as purchasing plants, planting, clearing space, or dividing plants, you can book a follow-up session for a half, or full day as needed.

• $80 fixed rate

• The consult follow includes mileage for any property within one hours drive from Amberley, North Canterbury. Mileage will be charged for any distance further than this.

Follow up garden service

Following the initial consult, this service acts as a way to implement the consultation into practice.

Depending on the garden and your needs, this could include, but is not limited to, general garden maintenance, planting out, dead heading or mulching.

Alternatively, we can continue to discuss ideas and progressions.

Please note:

1/2 Day ($180) or Full Day ($280).
• Whilst I am an incredibly passionate gardener with plenty of hands on experience, I am not a qualified landscape architect.
• The time booked for the follow up service includes travel, so please keep this in mind when you’re booking.
• Hedge trimming, pruning trees, lawn mowing, spraying or anything that involves machinery or ladders is not available as a service.
